BD is Bring the COMMUNITY Together Through the New Jersey MORE THAN PINK Walk

For 13 consecutive years, BD has brought their employees and the COMMUNITY together by participating in the Susan G. Komen Race For the Cure and MORE THAN PINK Walk series. The team has managed to raise over $215,000 through their fundraising efforts and BD’s generous 1:1 matching gift program.

Susan G. Komen’s COMMUNITY Pillar represents access to care in the community, rallying together to support survivors, caregivers, and those living with metastatic breast cancer; and providing information and guidance to help patients navigate their care journey.

BD supports Komen’s COMMUNITY efforts and partners with us to invest in programs and initiatives that address unmet healthcare needs, improve healthcare access and strengthen the capacity of health systems to care for all patients, especially the most vulnerable populations.

This year, team BD is coming together virtually to raise money through the Komen Dress up to take breast cancer down challenge, fundraising bingo and lunch & learns.

Without companies like BD, actively engaged in inspiring its employees to give back to the community, the 2021 Komen New Jersey MORE THAN PINK Walk on Sunday, October 3 would not be possible!
